Edward set up IDS Media in the UK over 30 years ago. In his previous life, our OG trained as a medical lab scientist, specialising in haematology and his fascination in the science behind health and wellness has stood the test of time. It makes sense then that his curiosity in the ‘ingredients’ of humankind has also manifested into a love of gastronomy. We are what we eat after all.
