Objective
The Miscarriage Association aims to offer support and information to anyone affected by the loss of a baby in pregnancy, to raise awareness and to promote good practice in medical care.
Strategy
Due to the sensitive nature of miscarriage, leaflets were decided to be the best vehicle for messaging. The take-home format was a USP that really stood out as patients and their families/carers were able to to self select the leaflet most relevant to them from the charity and digest the information at home – something research has show will improve retention and understanding during a time of crisis.Â
Results
