Objective
Pharmacy2U, the UK’s largest online pharmacy for NHS prescriptions, wanted to target people most likely to be unable to collect prescriptions in order to increase awareness of their free prescription delivery service.
Strategy
The older generation (+65 years old) are considered some of the most frequent users of primary care services, and also the most likely group to have mobility issues due to age – so our GP surgery network was the natural environment for this campaign.
We combined a powerful mix of foot-stopping posters, leaflets with more detailed service info, and information packs given to healthcare professionals to ensure they could also recommend the service to patients during appointments.
Results
